Client Services Manager

Espada Dermatology, Inc., makers of GlyDerm physician-dispensed skincare products, is seeking a full-time licensed esthetician to serve as a Client Services Manager. This person will operate out of our Summit, NJ office supporting and selling our physician-dispensed skincare line. The candidate must be enthusiastic and skilled at building relationships with the professionals (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, estheticians, medical office managers, etc.) who buy and dispense our skincare products as well as consumers who use our products. The candidate must process orders; educate callers about our products; make appropriate product recommendations; and troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

Work as team player to provide an exceptional customer experience via telephone and email.

Maintain a professional, positive, friendly, engaging and helpful customer service attitude at all times.

Communicate with customers and answer product related questions via telephone, e-mail, online chat and traditional correspondence.

Process customer orders via website, telephone, mail and fax.

Interface with our distribution center.

Resolve customer inquiries regarding shipping, order status, order tracking, back orders and returns processing.

Record and maintain detailed notes regarding customer interactions.

Provide expert advice to customers on products depending on skin type and skin concerns.

Service and grow existing accounts and source new accounts, as directed.

Other administrative duties as required.


High School Diploma/GED required and at least 2 years of sales and customer service experience.

Licensed in good standing as a skin care specialist/esthetician by New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to draft grammatically correct emails and correspondence

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Intermediate level keyboarding skills

Basic Internet Research skills

Microsoft Word

QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
